Maintenance Inspections

Scheduled maintenance inspections for all units will be initiated on or about May 6, 2024. Residents will be notified via mail if any repairs or maintenance tasks require attention. It is imperative for the enhancement of our community that all units and corresponding landscapes be consistently maintained, rather than solely in anticipation of scheduled inspections.

Landscape Service

Our 2024 landscape service provider is O'Hara Outdoors. They are scheduled to provide our regular maintenance services on the Friday of each week. Although, poor weather conditions may cause a delay. In which case services will resume at the earliest date possible. 

As a reminder the HOA is only responsible for mowing the grass the area between the sidewalk and that street. All other areas are the homeowners responsibility to to mow, weed, trim, etc..
